| 进入“十一五”以来，山西省把县域经济发展作为解决“三农”问题，全面推进小康建设，实现 国民经济全面现代化的最佳切入点和重要载体，县域经济得到较快发展。但是，其内部结构和县域之间发 展极不平衡，在中部6省中步伐缓慢，是该省县域经济发展中不可回避的问题。该文运用灰评估方法对山 西县域经济进行了综合评估。评估结果表明，山西县域经济对资源及能源工业的依存度较大，表现为二、 三、一产业结构特点，第一产业发展不足;县域经济发展水平较高的县市，第三产业发展不足。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since the 11th”five year plan”， the rapid development of county economy in Shanxi province had been taken as the main method to solve issues concerning agriculture， countryside and farmers， promote well-off de- velopment and realize modernization of national economy. However， the development of county economy in Shanxi province was slower than that in other six provinces of the central China due to internal structure and unbalanced development among the counties. In the paper， gray assessment was applied to analyze Shanxi's county economy. The results showed Shanxi's county economy relied more on resource and energy industry， and the order of develop- ment level from high to low was secondary industry， tertiary-industry， primary industry， respectively， and the terti- ary-industry in the cities or counties with higher economic development was poor. |
