| 农业是国民经济的基础，农业的发展需要财政的支持。该文根据柯布—道格拉斯生产函数模型， 选取山西省1980～2010年农业经济和财政数据，对财政支农支出与农业GDP增长之间的关联性进行了实 证研究。结果显示，财政支农支出对农业经济发展具有显著的推动作用，财政支农支出对山西农业GDP增 长的弹性系数为0.635，从财政支农支出的结构看，各项支出对农业GDP的作用差异显著，说明财政支农 支出构成有待进一步优化;基于实证分析结论提出了促进山西农业经济增长的财政支农政策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy. The development of agriculture relies on the fi- nancial support. In this paper， the relationship between financial expenditure on agriculture and growth of agricul- tural GDP was empirically analyzed by using Cobb-douglas production function model with agricultural economy and financial data of 1980-2010 in Shanxi. The results showed that the financial support played significant role in the development of agricultural economy， the elastic coefficient reached 0.635. By analyzing the expenditure structure， the effects of the various expenditures on agricultural GDP had significant differences， which showed the expenditure structure needs to be optimized. Finally， some countermeasures were proposed to promote the growth of agricultural economics of Shanxi Province. |
