| The development of human resources in rural areas is not only related to the sustainable development of rural economy， but also an important way to realize the rural modernization. This paper focused on the development of rural human resources in Hebei province， analyzed its current situation and the main problems and restricting factors， and then put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the rural human resources development in Hebei province. |
