| 本文主要从农业经济总量、区域产业布局、农民收入水平、农业生产条件、农业产业化程度、公 共服务体系建设等方面评价我国实施西部大开发战略以来西部边疆地区农业发展现状。结合西部边疆地区 农业发展形势，提出新时期西部边疆地区应加大农业投入力度，优化农业投入结构，依托地方特色优势产 业和市场机制，充分调动企业、合作组织和个人从事农业生产经营的能动性等。 |

| The agricultural and rural development achievements in Western China were reviewed briefly from the last ten years. Based on the developing situations， it also discussed the strategies mainly on the increasing agricul- ture inputs， optimizing agriculture investment structure， encouraging the construction of modern agriculture demon- stration and fostering advantageous industries， so as to arousing the agency and initiative of enterprises， rural coop- eratives and farmers. |
