| 摘要: |
| 该文以甘肃省第5次投入产出调查资料为研究对象，运用投入产出法定量分析甘肃农业发展。结 果表明，甘肃农业是国民经济的基础产业，是劳动密集型产业，技术装备水平不高，赢利性不强，发展水 平较低，缺乏物质基础。甘肃省要优先发展和重点扶持农业，发展与农业关联的其他产业，特别是以农产 品为原料的轻工业，发展农业的多重功能，提高农产品的附加值，加大强农惠农力度，统筹城乡发展，缩 小城乡差距。 |

| Abstract: |
| Based on materials of the fifth input-output survey in Gansu Province， this paper quantitatively analyzed the development of Gansu agriculture using input-output method. As the fundamental industry of economy， agri- culture in Gansu Province was labor-intensive industry with low technology level， weak profitability and infirm foun- dation. Based on the analysis， the paper suggested that Gansu Province should give top priority to agriculture， de- velop industries related to agriculture for enhancing the value of agricultural products， especially the light industry with agricultural products as materials， and further strengthen policies to aid agriculture and benefit farmers to bal- ance urban and rural development. |
