运用能值理论和方法对兰州农业生态经济系统1996~2008年投入产出情况和可持续发展状况进行 评价分析,结果表明,兰州农业系统对化肥、农药等工业辅助能投入依赖愈来愈强,对劳动力、种子、有 机肥等可更新辅助能的投入逐渐减少;农业投入越来越高,生产成本不断提高,农业系统生产效率呈降低 趋势,环境负载率的不断上升加大了农业生态环境压力,对兰州农业生态经济系统可持续发展带来不利影 响。应大力发展有机、循环农业,拓展农业多种功能,推动农业发展方式转变,促进农业经济、社会和生 态协调持续发展。 |

EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF AGRICULTURAL ECO-ECONOMIC SYSTEM IN LANZHOU CITY BASED ON THE EMERGY THEORY |

Abstract: |
The input-output and sustainable status of agricultural eco-economic system of Lanzhou city during 1996 to 2008 was evaluated on the basis of emergy theory. The results showed that more and more industrial assistant en- ergy such as chemical fertilizer, pesticides, etc. were put into the agricultural eco-economic system in Lanzhou, while the input of renewable assistant energy such as labour power, seed and organic fertilizer decreased, which in- dicated the production efficiency of agricultural system had been decreased. The pressure of agro-environment was strengthened with the increase of environmental loading ratio, which made a negative effect on the sustainable de- velopment of Agricultural Eco-economic System in Lanzhou. Therefore, in order to promote agricultural economy, society and ecosystem harmonious and sustainable development, it should promote transformation of the mode of ag- ricultural development, increase organic agriculture and circular agriculture. |
