| 该文在总结我国农村居民点整理研究进展的基础上，从理论体系、驱动因素、整理模式和效应评 价等方面归纳总结了相关研究成果和不足。结合当前及未来一定时期内我国对农村居民点整理工作开展的 现实需求，对未来研究趋势进行展望。研究认为，今后需要在农村居民点整理理论体系、相关政策和法律、 整理适宜性、古村落保护、整治信息管理和决策系统建设、农户参与和影响机制、顶层设计与底层实施等 方面做进一步研究。 |

| Abstract: |
| Rural settlement consolidation plays a great significant role in increasing farmland area， optimizing the configuration of land for urban and rural construction space， improving the rural ecological environment， which has aroused widespread concern of scholars and governments. In this article， the achievement and deficiency of the cur- rent research on rural settlement consolidation in the aspects of theories， driving forces， methods， and effects were summarized. The future research trend was discussed according to the current and future practical needs of rural settlement consolidation. It concluded that seven research aspects about the rural residential land consolidation should be enhanced， that are the theory， the suitability， the policy and law of rural settlement consolidation， ancient village protection， the information management and decision system of the rural land consolidation， partici- pation and influence mechanism of peasants， top-level design and grass-roots implementation. |
