| 文章在阐述利水型农业产生背景的基础上，提出了利水型农业的内涵:”利水型农业”就是在发 展农业的同时，保护水资源、对水资源不造成伤害的农业，它是从农业角度对水友好，它具对水友好性、 高效性、绿色性和文化性特征。利水型农业实现基本途径包括:在农业用水中树立利水价值观、建立利水 型农业技术体系、强化利水型农业研究和构建利水型农业发展政策体系，发展利水型农业是农业发展与水 资源保护共赢的战略。 |

| This paper put forward the concept of the agriculture benefiting for water resources， which was defined as the development of agriculture not threatened the water resources. It had water resistance， high efficiency， green and cultural characteristics. The basic approaches to realize the agriculture benefiting water resources included un- derstanding the values of the water， establishing the agricultural technology system， strengthening the agriculture research and constructing agricultural development policy system. It was a win-win strategy for the agricultural de- velopment and water resources protection. |
