| 小杂粮是甘肃省资源和区位优势作物，常年播种面积34.67万hm
2 左右，占全省粮食播种面积的 12.5%，总产占全省粮食总产的16.8%。从21本世纪初开始，由于政策导向和利益所趋，致使甘肃小杂粮 产业发展技术创新不足，供种体系不健全，加工技术缺乏，产业化程度不高，使得小杂粮产区小杂粮的种 植面积急剧下滑，导致甘肃省小杂粮产业的发展机遇和威胁并存。随着人们对小杂粮需求的增加，小杂粮 的各个主产区积极发展小杂粮产业，势必使小杂粮产业的竞争变得更为激烈。该文结合实际调查，对甘肃 省小杂粮产业竞争力的影响因素进行了客观地分析，并提出通过因地制宜培育优异小杂粮产业化集聚区， 构建以专用、特色为主体的优异小杂粮产品生产结构，建立健全小杂粮产品科技支撑体系和产品质量标准 体系，实施品牌战略，来进一步促进甘肃省小杂粮产业向区域化、专业化和产业化的方向发展。 |

| Small grains are resource crops and regional ascendant crops of Gansu province. In general， the plant area of small grains is around 34.67×104 hm 2 ， accounting for 12.5% of the total plant area of Gansu province， and the gross yield of small grains is 16.8% of the total grain yield of Gansu province. With the growing demand for small grains， the main producing regions of small grains are trying to actively develop the small grains industry， which is bound to lead to intensify the competitions among small grains industries. From the beginning of this centu- ry， however， there is a sharp decline in the plant area of small grains in their producing place， because of the gov- ernment′s strategy guiding and benefits reasons. This makes the small grains industry of Gansu Province meet de- veloping opportunities and crises at the same time. In this research， factors influenced the competitiveness of small grains industry of Gansu province were analyzed objectively by using actual surveys， and suggestions to promote the small coarse cereals industrial development towards the direction of the regionalization， specialization and industrial- ization in Gansu province were presented， which included cultivating excellent small coarse cereals industrial clus- ter areas， constructing a special， unique small grains product structure， establishing and perfecting the small coarse cereals product support system of science and technology， and product quality standard system， implementing brand strategy， and so on. |
