| 有机农业在我国经过20多年的发展，在标准制定、生产技术、加工技术、市场培育、产品认证、和质量控制等方面，经验日趋成熟。文章介绍了有机农业起源及发展，总结了我国有机农业发展现状及其存在的问题，概括了当前有机产品执行标准。通过有机产品防伪追溯备案系统和有机防伪标志的应用，我国实现了有机产品的统一标识。文章概述了我国有机产品的认证及监管现状，通过修改《有机产品管理办法》，加强了有机产品市场监管。文章指出，我国有机产品认证监管依然存在问题，自2012年有机产品认证系统的上线运行及2014年《有机产品管理新办法》的发布实施，对于申请认证的企业严格执行有机生产标准并遏止一些不法企业的产品冒充有机产品有一定的作用，但依然存在监管漏洞，政府部门需加强有机产品标准及相关法律法规的制度建设，完善有机产品认证制度，积极培育市场化的有机产品认证体系。 |
