文章依据1998~2012年山东省及全国平均粮食种植成本收益、劳动生产率及商品率数据,运用粮食种植效益综合评价指数及熵权法对山东省粮食种植效益进行综合评价。结果表明: 1998~2012年山东省粮食种植效益相对同期全国平均水平优势显著; 玉米种植效益呈直线下降趋势,小麦种植效益在波动中上升;1998~2012年平均玉米种植效益综合评价指数为110.08%,比小麦种植效益综合评价指数117.01%低6.93个百分点,表明玉米平均种植效益水平略低于小麦的种植效益水平。山东省政府应采取有效措施进一步提高粮食种植效益:(1)大幅提高粮食总产量,减少粮食种植劳动力的数量,提高活劳动生产率; (2)提升生产资料的投入产出效率,提高物化劳动生产率; (3)加大资金、技术及劳动力投入,实行土地集约经营,提升粮食土地生产率; (4)提高粮食生产资金的利用效率; (5)扩大粮食出售数量,提高商品率。 |

Using grain plant benefits comprehensive evaluation index and entropy method, this paper comprehensively evaluated grain plant benefits according to the average grain plant cost and income data from 1998-2012 in Shandong Province. Results showed: Shandong Province grain plant benefits had significant advantage compared to homophonous national average; Corn plant benefits showed a linear decline trend, wheat plant benefits raise in the volatility; The average corn plant benefits comprehensive evaluation index was 110.08% from 1998-2012, 6.93% lower than that of wheat with 117.01%, which indicated corn average plant benefits level was less than wheat plant benefits. Shandong Province government should take effective measures to enhance further grain plant benefits, which were to: (1) Considerably increase grain total output, decrease grain plant labor force quantity, enhance living labor productivity; (2) Raise input-output efficiency of production means, improve materialized labor productivity; (3) Increase capital、technology and labor input, carry out land intensive operation, raise grain land productivity; (4) Enhance grain production capital utilization efficiency; (5) Expend grain sale quantity, improve commodity rate. |
