| 农户对居住空间的行为选择是直接影响乡村空间秩序的重要因素，只有充分认识并准确把握其空间行为选择的现状及存在问题，才能从行为主体空间行为选择上进一步探寻合理引导其空间行为演变的发展道路。为了探讨当前新型城镇化背景下农户居住空间行为的演变规律，研究基于微观视角对保定市不同地区的农户进行了居住空间行为的问卷调查，并对结果进行了统计分析和结构方程模型的构建与检验。实证结果表明：（1）调查区域大部分农户对当前居住空间的满意程度为一般； （2）在农户居住空间满意度方面，配套环境驱动占主要地位，其路径系数高于住房条件驱动； （3）在配套环境驱动方面，经济活动交易便利是最主要因素； 在经济生产条件驱动方面，耕种便利因子的影响程度高于灌溉条件。在住房条件驱动方面，各具体测度变量根据影响的主次程度排序依次为：建筑面积、宅基地面积、房屋结构、排水便利、出路与交通。建议保定市从配套设施建设、循序渐进的规范化引导、创新制度体系建设等方面合理引导农户居住空间的行为演变。 |

| There is no denying that farmer's settlement space action is the key of rural development in China. Since rural settlement is regarded as the comprehensive function of production and living for farmers; and it plays an important part in improving production and living standards in rural, protecting the cultivated land, alleviating the pressure on construction land and promoting the construction of new countries by studying its internal structure and spatial distribution. On one hand, county urbanization is becoming an important content in the process of urbanization in China, On the other hand, it has become a hot academic research topic. The core process of urbanization is the urbanization of people, and the focus of people's attention to employment and living problems. There are many studies; however there are little studies from the micro main body. So optimizing rural human settlement to improve farmers life quality and balancing urban and rural development from micro main body are the most important parts of new rural communities construction, and it directly affects the change of rural space order. In order to explore how to reasonably guide the evolution of farmers' action, it is important to get fully understanding of current situation and existing problems of farmers in village and town. In order to study the evolution law of farmer's settlement space action under new urbanization, the research made a questionnaire survey on farmer's settlement space action in Hebei Baoding. The article analyzed the questionnaire results by statistical analysis, and used the results to make an empirical test and measurement for theoretical model. The empirical results show that: firstly, the satisfaction scores of most residents are general; secondly, the supporting environment's regression weights is higher than housing conditions, and the drive of supporting environment is the most important factors; thirdly, in terms of supporting environment drive, convenient trading is one of the main economic activities; in terms of supporting environment drive, the convenience of economic activity trading is the most important factors; in terms of economic production drive, farming convenience degree is higher than the influence of irrigation farming conditions; in terms of housing condition drive, according to the primary and secondary degree of influencing factors, the sort order of concrete measure variables are: construction area, land area, building structure, drainage convenience, way and traffic. Finally it is suggested that Baoding could focus on supporting facilities construction, standardization guide step by step, and innovation system construction and so on to promote the reasonable evolution of farmer's settlement space action in the course of county urbanization. |
