| 草原生态旅游资源的开发与利用已成为我国各级政府与学者关注的热点问题。草原旅游资源的不 良开发造成了生态环境问题的日益加重。在此背景下，文章旨在探讨川西少数民族地区草原生态旅游资源 的开发现状，在此基础上分析其开发过程中存在的问题，并提出若干保护对策。川西少数民族地区草原生 态旅游存在的问题主要包括草场资源未得到有效保护，旅游景点间彼此孤立，规模集聚效应欠缺，草原生 态旅游产品单一，开发管理水平偏低。从确立保护性开发主题、加强草原旅游区与其它产业的组合、丰富 草原旅游产品及加强产品组合力度、建立“政府、市场、企业、公众”四位一体的管理水平体系等4个方 面提出相应的保护性措施。考虑到当地区位条件、风俗习惯及旅游环境等因素，提出规模集聚开发模式、 草原生态观光与文化相融合的开发模式、区域联动开发模式等3种模式以供发展模式调整选择，并以期为 类似的草原生态旅游景区提供决策性建议与参考价值。 |

| The development and utilizationofGrassland eco-tourism resources has become a hot topic in China. Ecological environment problems caused by grassland tourism resources development are increasing. In this back- ground， this paper explored the development situation of grassland eco-tourism resources in western Sichuan mi- nority areas， and analyzed the existing problems in its development process， mainly including that pasture resources had not been effectively protected， tourist attractions were isolated， scale agglomeration effect was deficiency， grassland ecological tourism products were simple， the management level was low， and so on. And then it put for- ward four corresponding protective measures， such as establishing protective development theme， strengthening the combination of grassland tourism with other industries， enlarging grassland tourism products， strengthening the product mixture， and establishing”the government， market， enterprise， public” four integrated management sys- tem. Finally， it put forward the pattern of the development of grassland ecological resources， i.e.， scale agglomer- ation development pattern， the integration of grassland ecological tourism and cultural development pattern， and the region linkage development mode. This research could offer decision-making reference forthe similar grassland eco -tourism scenic spot. |
