| 生鲜农产品主要指蔬菜、水果、肉、蛋、奶、水产品的初级产品，是人们日常生活中主要食物来源，其鲜活程度是衡量农产品价值的重要标准。然而生鲜农产品的最大缺点是易腐易损，生鲜农产品物流就是为了保证在运送过程中生鲜农产品安全与品质不受外部环境损害、减少农产品损耗，冷链物流正是利用温度控制来保护其鲜活特性。文章从农产品冷链物流的概念及其特点出发，分析其存在的总体发展进程缓慢、道路建设落后、冷链车等硬件设施落后、标准化程度低、技术服务水平低下等问题，并提出加强基础设施建设、加强标准化建设与产业融合、加大资金投入力度与政策扶持力度等对策建议。 |

| Fresh agricultural product mainly refers to the primary product，such as fresh vegetables，fruit，meat，egg，milk and aquatic product，and is a major source of food in our daily lifeThe live and fresh degree of the agricultural product is an important criterion determining the value of agricultural productsDue to the disadvantages of the live and fresh agricultural products that are easy to rot or broken，the cold chain logistics can protect the live and fresh features and reduce the loss of storage，transportation and sales of agricultural products by temperature controlThis paper present the concept of cold chain logistics of agricultural products and its characteristics，and analyzed the problems including the slow process of overall development，lag road construction，backward cold-chain hardware facilities，low degree of standardization，low service level of technical problems.Finally，it put forward some countermeasures and suggestions such as to strengthen the construction of infrastructure，enhance the construction of standardization and industrial convergence，increase financial investment and policy support，etc. |
