贵州麻江县特色蓝莓产业观光园规划设计研究

摘要:

充分发挥资源优势，推进蓝莓产业发展，建设蓝莓特色产业观光园，成为促进农民增收的重要举措。麻江县蓝莓种植的自然条件适宜性较强，有着充足的母本资源，种植技术水平先进成熟，有大量的栽培科技示范基地，蓝莓产业观光园规划建设优势较为明显。麻江县蓝莓特色产业观光园区总体定位是：打造全国知名的具有少数民族特色的养生休闲度假区。文章将蓝莓产业观光园区空间结构划分为蓝莓观光休闲体验区、养生休闲度假区、蓝莓浪漫风情小镇、瑶族风情体验区、温泉度假与田园观光区等五大功能区，并结合各分区实际情况进行特色项目规划建设。在结合麻江县蓝莓产业观光园的规划及开发现状的基础上，提出以政府为主导的开发经营模式，实现资源的有效配置。

Abstract:

Developing resources advantages，promoting the development of blueberry industry，and constructing the characteristics blueberries industrial tourism park，is an important measure to promote farmers' incomeNatural condition of Majiang blueberry cultivation suitability is strong，with plenty of parental resources，advanced and mature planting technology，and a large number of cultivation technology demonstration basesTo plan and construct the blueberry industry sightseeing garden has more obvious advantagesThe overall positioning of Majiang blueberry characteristic industrial park is to create well-known health resort area with the characteristics of ethnic minoritiesIn this paper，the blueberry industry park tourism spatial structure was divided into blueberry tourism and leisure experience area，health and leisure resort，blueberries romantic style town，Yao style experience area，spa resort and idyllic tourist area，five major functional areas，combined with the actual situation of the district features project planning and constructionOn the basis of the status quo of planning and development of the blueberry industry of Majiang County tourism park，it proposed that government should lead the development and management to achieve efficient allocation of resources.
