基于绿色建筑评价体系的农业景观规划研究

摘要:

文章以农业景观为研究对象，以绿色建筑评价体系为指导标准与原则，分析了我国农业景观规划中存在的问题，综述了国内外绿色建筑评价体系，论述了农业景观规划与绿色建筑评价体系的关系。探讨了农业景观规划的具体理论与方法，具体包括：绿色农业景观规划的原则，如科学性原则、可持续发展原则、因地制宜原则；绿色农业景观规划的步骤与方法，如绿色农业景观资料收集与分析、规划目标与定位、景观功能分区与布局、景观规划设计等。主要例举了以屋顶绿化设计为主的节能与能源利用、以雨水收集系统为特色的节水与水资源利用实例，提出在节材与材料资源利用方面采用绿化与铺装相结合的渗水地面，减少建筑材料对自然径流的影响，可有效解决热岛效应。该文并以浙江莫干山裸心·谷度假村为例，从节能与能源利用、节水与水资源利用及节材与材料资源利用等3个方面，实例论证了绿色建筑技术在农业景观规划中的具体应用。

STUDY ON AGRICULTURAL LANDSCAPE PLANNING BASING ON ASSESSMENT SYSTEM OF GREEN CONSTRUCTION

Abstract:

Based on the standards and principles of the assessment system of green building，this paper analyzed the problems of the agricultural landscape planning，summarized the domestic and overseas green construction assessment system，explained the relationship between agricultural landscape planning and the green construction assessment system，and discussed the theory and method of the planning about agricultural landscapeThe principle of green agriculture landscape planning mainly included the scientific principle，the sustainable development principle，local conditions principleThe steps and methods of landscape planning of the green agriculture mainly included data collection and analysis，landscape planning objectives and positioning，landscape functional partition and layout，landscape planning and design，etc.The content of the green agriculture landscape planning mainly studied the natural factors and artificial factorsAnd then it illustrated the application of the green construction in agricultural landscape planning，such as green roof designing by energy saving and energy use.Finally，taking Zhejiang Moganshan Nuoxin valley resort as an example，it demonstrated the application of the green construction technology in agriculture landscape from the aspects of energy saving and energy utilization，water saving and water resource utilization，and material resources utilization.
