| 摘要: |
| 十八大报告指出：我国发展新型城镇化的主要任务是促进农业现代化、工业化及信息化与城镇化发展之间的相互融合，从而使得四化之间能够互相促进、互相补充。新型城镇化的发展能够有效推进农业现代化的发展进程，为工业化发展提供更多空间，为信息化建设提供更丰富的需求。与此同时，工业化、信息化及农业现代化又能为城镇化提供更多的发展保障并实际解决城镇化过程中遇到的问题。我国走新型城镇化道路应该在保持生态环境免受侵害、粮食安全得以保障的前提下进行，并且能够保证农民与新市民的基本利益，实现城乡一体化发展，促进我国经济结构在转型中发展，实现发展为了人民。新型城镇化区别于传统城镇化的最主要特点是新型城镇化的核心是人民，保障普通农民利益是基本面，全面实现农业现代化是目标。文章从分析休闲农业的特征出发，论述城市化进程对休闲农业发展的影响，总结城市化进程中的休闲农业的发展模式，并提出提高农民素质、丰富产品类型、加强基础设施建设等休闲农业发展策略。 |

| The new urbanization is taken as the core foundation of the national development strategy in ChinaThe Central Committee of the Communist Party of China，the State Council issued the policy on further promoting the reform of the household registration system，which clearly pointed out that urbanization needed to be steady and efficientThe sustainable development of new urbanization road in China has entered a stage of rapid developmentThe essence of new urbanization in China is the mutual integration and coordinated development of industrialization，informatization，urbanization and agricultural modernizationThe new urbanization cannot sacrifice the food security，ecological environment，and the basic rights of farmers，but to achieve the integration of urban and rural development，and promote the development of the economic structureThe core of the new urbanization is the people，the protection of the interests of ordinary farmers is the basic，the comprehensive agricultural modernization is the goalUnder this background，this paper discussed the impact of the development of urbanization on leisure agriculture，summarized the mode of construction and development，and put forward some countermeasures for improving farmer's quality，increasing product type，and promoting the infrastructure construction. |
