| 在我国不断推进新型城镇化建设和加速农地流转工作的情况下，越来越多的农民失去和离开土地，如何保障失地农民在未来生活中的收入，是三农问题的重点。我国政府大力推进新型城镇化建设，城镇人口比例不断上涨，并且在此基础上鼓励农地流转，为我国农业现代化发展提供了必要的前提条件。与此相对应的是，由于城镇化的影响，大量的农村集体土地转化为了建设用地或者通过流转手段成为了集中连片的大规模农田，大量农民从土地中被剥离。然而，由于失地农民增长速度较快，而其安置和就业培育工作显得并不充分，许多农民面临着无地、无业及无保障的艰难困境。失地农民的安置、培训就业及收入保障问题，与失地农民群体的利益密切相关，而且还直接影响社会的稳定和持续发展。文章主要针对失地农民的收入分类分层，从征地补偿、培训就业、资产收入和社会保障等方面对相关问题进行探讨。 |

| The new urbanization and the transfer of rural land provide the necessary prerequisite for the development of China's agricultural modernization.However，more and more farmers lose and leave the land due to the new urbanization and the transfer of rural land in China.How to protect the income of landless peasants in the future is a hot issue.Due to the rapid growth of land lost farmers，the placement and employment training were not enough.Many farmers are facing with the difficult situation of no land，no industry and no guarantee.These problems directly affect the social stability and sustainable development.In this paper，we classified the income of land lost farmers and discussed problems related to the land requisition compensation，training，employment，income，assets income and social security. |
