| 河北省农业可持续发展长期以来受人口、制度等因素制约，为避免这些因素所带来的负面效应，同时寻找出适合河北省农业可持续发展之路，亟需建立较全面的、准确的关于河北省农业可持续发展能力的评价指标体系，为河北省的农业可持续发展提供数量依据。文章在明确影响河北省农业可持续发展因素的前提下，从农村人口发展水平、农业经济生产发展水平、农业社会可持续发展水平、农业科技发展水平、农业资源利用水平、农业生态环境质量等方面构建河北省农业可持续发展水平评价指标体系，并在分析农业生态系统可持续发展度的基础上提出加强资源、环境的保护与合理利用，提高科技水平、实施科技兴农战略；控制人口数量、加快劳动力的转移，完善相关法律、建立政府支持政策等方面对策措施，以促进河北省农业经济的可持续发展。 |

| The sustainable development of agriculture in Hebei province has been affected by population，system，and so on for a long time.In order to avoid the negative effects of these factors and find suitable ways for the sustainable development of agriculture in Hebei Province，it is urgent to establish a more comprehensive and accurate evaluation index system of agriculture sustainable development ability，so as to provide quantity basis for agriculture sustainable development in Hebei Province.This paper discussed the influence factors of agricultural sustainable development in Hebei Province，established the evaluation index system from the aspects of the rural population development level，agricultural production and economic development level，the social sustainable development level，agricultural science and technology development level，the level of utilization of agricultural resources，and agricultural ecological environment quality.Based on the analysis of Hebei province agriculture ecological system sustainable development degree，it put forward some countermeasures such as enhancing the resources and environment protection and reasonable utilization，improving the level of science and technology，implementing the strategy of developing agriculture through science and technology，controlling the population and accelerating the transfer of labor，improving the relevant laws，and establishing the government support policy，to promote the sustainable development of agriculture in Hebei province. |
