| 随着旅游收入的稳定增长，旅游业对区域经济特别是不发达地区的经济拉动作用越来越明显。文章立足于武陵山片区区域主要旅游资源发展现状与分类，分别应用“三三六”评价法和模糊综合法对该区旅游资源发展潜力进行定性与定量评价，评价结果表明，武陵山片区旅游资源丰富、潜力巨大、但发展并不均衡，旅游资源及产品同质性大、重复开发较多，同质的旅游目的地，竞争多于合作。该文针对武陵山片区旅游资源发展现状与问题，提出了加强人文旅游资源竞争力的深度开发、提升自然旅游资源合力的整体开发、改善武陵山片区旅游资源系统外部环境和利用“旅游扶贫”促进武陵山片区经济可持续发展等对策措施，以期对该区的经济发展提供现实指导作用。 |

| EVALUATION OF DEVELOPMENTAL POTENTIAL IN TOURISM RESOURCES BASED ON THE CO-COMPETITION THEORY——A CASE OF WULING MOUNTAIN AREA |

| With the steady growth in tourism revenue, the boosting effect of tourism on the regional economy will become more and more obvious, especially in underdeveloped areas. Based on regional main tourism resources development status and classification in Wuling mountain area, this paper qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated the tourism resources developmental potential applying the "three-three six" evaluation method and fuzzy comprehensive method. The results showed that: it was very rich in the potential and tourism resources in Wuling mountain area, but the development was unbalanced, the homogeneity of tourism resources were large, competition was more popular than cooperation in homogenous tourist destination. Finally, it put forward some countermeasures to promote the sustainable economic development in Wuling mountain area, such as strengthening the cultural tourism resources competitiveness, enhancing the overall development of natural tourism resources, improving the external environment, and making full use of the policy of "poverty alleviation through tourism". |
