土地生产潜力评价是土地资源合理高效利用的基础,其使用的数学评价模型计算复杂、过程繁琐、评价结果抽象,因此具有综合性、实践性、基础性的特点。利用GIS所具有的强大空间数据存储、处理、分析和可视化的能力,可以弥补现有土地潜力评价模型的不足,更好地为土地资源管理提供支撑和保障。文章基于ArcGIS Engine(AE)二次开发组件、地理数据库技术、土地生产潜力评价模型,利用VS2010开发了土地生产潜力评价信息系统。系统集成了数据加载、数据管理、数据查询、数据编辑、空间分析和潜力评价以及专题图制作等功能,具备性能运行稳定、评价效率高,数据可视化等特点。以河南省为例进行了土地生产潜力分析评价,得到可靠、直观的评价结果。研究验证了土地生产潜力评价GIS系统开发的可行性,为土地管理、农业生产规划等提供管理和分析工具。 |

Land potential productivity evaluation is a basis for the rational and efficient utilization of land resources. The mathematical model used for the evaluation is complex and abstract that has the comprehensive, practical and basic characteristics. With the powerful spatial data storage, processing, analysis and visualization, GIS can make up the deficiency of the existing land potential evaluation model, and provide the better support and guarantee for the land resource management. Based on the second development components of the Engine ArcGIS (AE), geo-database technology, land production potential evaluation model, this paper used the VS2010 platform to develop the land production potential evaluation information system. The system integrated the functions of data loading, data management, data query, data editing, spatial analysis, potential evaluation and thematic map making, and had the characteristics of stable performance, high efficiency, data visualization and so on. Taking Henan Province as an example, it analyzed and evaluated the land production potential, and obtained reliable and intuitive evaluation results. The research verified the feasibility of GIS system for the land productivity evaluation, and provided a management and analysis tool for land management and agricultural production planning. |
