| 随着我国新型工业化、信息化、城镇化和农业现代化“四化同步”的发展，农村劳动力大量转移，“谁来种地”的问题日益凸显，新型农业经营主体的发展将解决这个问题。文章基于黑龙江省绥化市的实地调查，科学分析了专业大户、家庭农场、农民专业合作社和龙头企业等新型农业经营主体的发展现状，阐述了他们与普通农户相比所面临的土地流转期限短且价格逐年上涨、生产经营资金缺口大且贷款难等特殊困难，并提出了加快土地确权颁证并完善土地流转利益联结机制等政策建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| With the constantly deepening of the "four modernizations" in China, i.e., industrialization, urbanization, information technology and agricultural modernization, a large number of rural labor force had transferred to urban. The problem who will farm in the future is emerging. The development of the new type of agricultural management will solve this problem. Based on the survey on Suihua City of Heilongjiang province, this paper scientifically analyzed the current development of the new types of agricultural management such as the professional planting large farmers, family farms, farmers' professional cooperatives and leading enterprises, described the particular difficulties, such as short period of land circulation, the increase of the cost, lack of funds and difficult loans. Finally, it proposed some suggestions to solve these problems. |
