| 在经济下行压力不断增加的情形下，青海应当培育新的经济增长点。一直以来，急功近利的发展思路占据青海经济发展的主导地位，这使得需要长期投资和关注的特色产业未能得到发展。作为农业的重要组成部分，青海的畜牧业有其独有的优势和特色，但在长期的发展中，依然延续着千百年来的游牧方式，缺乏技术与规模，产品附加值低，使其特色与优势未能发挥出来，不仅制约了农牧区的经济发展，同时也降低了全省的经济增长。针对青海畜牧业发展的诸多不足，首先应当正确认识畜牧业的地位，摆脱急于求成的思想； 大力发展现代畜牧业； 提升畜牧产品的知名度； 提高企业的科技水平； 建立企业集团，扩大企业规模，以此来增加畜牧业在全省经济结构中的比重，将其打造成为经济增长的新支柱，这不仅有助于提高广大农牧民的经济收入，对调整青海的经济结构和提高青海的经济的增速也具有重要的实践意义。 |

| In the case of increasing pressure on the downward economy, Qinghai should foster new economic growth point. The idea of quick success development always occupies the leading position of the economic development in Qinghai, which leads the less development of the long-term investment and characteristic industry. As an important part of agriculture, the animal husbandry has its unique advantages and features, but there is still some problems, such as lack of technology and scale, low value-added products, which not only restricted the economic development in the agricultural and pastoral areas, but also lower economic growth in Qinghai. For the development of animal husbandry in Qinghai, it put forward some countermeasures, including that it should firstly recognize the status of animal husbandry and develop modern animal husbandry, enhance the reputation of the livestock products, improve the technology of enterprises, establish the group to expand the scale of enterprises, and so on, so as to increase the share of animal husbandry in the province's economic structure, and build a new pillar of economic growth. This will not only help improve the income of peasants and herdsmen, but also have important practical significance to adjust economic structure and improve the economic growth in Qinghai. |
