| 在苏州新型城镇化进程中，城中村改造进展快速，已经基本解决了拆除和外观改造的问题。但是，在苏州宜居城市建设、法治苏州和城乡一体化的大背景下，城中村外观改造的背后，仍然遗留了后续的城中村发展问题。城中村改造问题的核心，在于如何走出原有的视野，将城中村改造置于“善治”视野中，将改造目标从建筑、房屋转移到“人”的焦点中，将城中村的总体规划，立足村落文化、居民生活质量，优化民生。文章从苏州城中村改造的现状和存在的主要问题入手，改变观念，在“善治”的视野下，提出了创新规划，重视融合、落实民主，顺应肌理和文化整合，生态发展等策略。 |

| In the new urbanization process in Suzhou, the rapid development of villages in the city has basically solved the problem of removal and transformation.However, under the background of the Suzhou livable city construction, the law establishment, and the integration of urban and rural areas, the transformation of the city′s village still had the development problems. In order to really solve the problem of urban village reconstruction, the original perspective should be turned to the good governance. In this paper, the status and problems of Suzhou city were discussed, and some development strategies were put forward such as innovating the planning, paying attention to the culture integration, implementing the democracy, and promoting the ecological development. |
