| 国家农业科技创新联盟是由农业部主导成立，中央级、省级和地市级农业科研事业单位、涉农农业高校、涉农企业等共同参与，着力解决农业全局性重大战略与共性技术难题和区域性农业发展重大关键性技术问题，开展农业科技协同创新与转化应用的非法人合作组织。文章通过研究分析创新联盟成立的背景，发展历程与工作实践，并结合当前的国家需求，提出了推动创新联盟发展的对策和建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| National Agricultural Science & Technology Innovation Alliance is a non-profit cooperation organization which is initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture, with joint participation by central, provincial and municipal agricultural research institutions, agricultural universities and agricultural enterprises. It aims to solve the common technological obstacles of overall agricultural major strategy and the critical technical issues of regional agricultural development, and to carry out the collaborative innovation and the transformation of the agricultural technology. Through the investigation of the alliance establishment background, development process and practice, and taking into consideration of the current national demand, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the development of "Innovation Alliance". |
