| 我国是农业大国，农业发展是国民经济的重中之重，农业科技成果转化为农业生产力是重要举措。农业科技推广人员长期工作在农业生产第一线，对农业科技成果的转化和推广起着至关重要的作用。调查农业科技推广人员工作积极性，分析其中存在的现象，并对相关问题提出干预措施，以有效提高农业科研成果的推广效应。 |

| Agricultural development is the top priority of the national economy. Agricultural science and technology achievements transformation is an important measure to improve agricultural productivity. Agricultural science and technology extension personnel have been working in the first line of agricultural production, who play a vital role in the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and promotion. This article investigated the enthusiasm of agricultural science and technology personnel,analyzed the phenomenon, and proposed some intervention suggestions, so as to effectively improve the effect of agricultural research. |
