| ［目的］通过探究乡村旅游发展和新型城镇化建设的关系，分析乡村旅游与新型城镇化相互机理作用，探讨乡村旅游在新型城镇化建设中的作用与模式。［方法］运用实证分析法、文献分析法、归纳与演绎法等研究方法，通过对吉林金州乡进行实证研究，梳理、归纳国内外关于乡村旅游发展与城镇化建设参考文献资料，在此基础上推演构建乡村旅游带动新型城镇化的模式。［结果］吉林省金州乡作为吉林省首批新型城镇化建设的先行试点区之一，该区依托乡村旅游资源优势与区位优势，通过全域范围内发展乡村旅游，在实践中探索出“政府引导+龙头企业主导+农村社区参与+乡村旅游小镇”的发展模式，为国内农林复合型地区新型城镇化的发展提供参考，但是该模式在农村社区参与旅游形式、管理机制与分配机制还有待完善。［结论］乡村旅游是推动新型城镇化有效途径之一，根据区位条件和乡村旅游资源特点，建设不同主题乡村旅游小镇是主要发展方向。 |

| THE RURAL TOURISM TO PROMOTE THE NEW URBANIZATION——JILIN PROVINCE JINZHOU VILLAGE AS AN EXAMPLE |

| Rural tourism can promote the development of new urbanization. However, how to correctly choose rural tourism and promote the new urbanization path and model is extremely difficult. This paper analysed the relationship between the rural tourism development and the new-type urbanization,discussed the role of rural tourism in the construction of new urbanization. And then, taking the rural tourism of Jinzhou in Jilin province as an example,it empirically analysed the rural tourism development and urbanization construction using the methods of literature analysis, induction and deduction, and constructed the mode of new urbanization driving rural tourism. The result showed that Jinzhou township, as one of the first batch of new urbanization and the pilot area in Jilin province, explored the development model of "the Government guidance + the Leading enterprises leading + the Rural community participation + the Rural tourism town ", relying on the advantages of rural tourism resources and geographical condition advantages. This mode can provide a reference for the development of new urbanization in agro-forestry region. However, the mode still had some problems in rural community participation and tourism form, management mechanism and distribution mechanism, and so on. It concluded that rural tourism was one of the effective ways to promote the new urbanization. It should build different theme town of rural tourism according to the characteristics of regional conditions and characteristics of rural tourism resources. |
