| ［目的］分析上海农业旅游产业发展的影响因素，研究其区位交通因素、城市带动因素、旅游地带动因素等驱动因素，以期为我国农业旅游产业的健康发展提供参考。［方法］文章采用统计分析法与调查分析法，对上海市农业旅游区进行实地调查和对旅游项目经营者进行问卷调查的方法，就上海市的农业旅游发展现状和驱动因素展开调查研究。［结果］上海农业旅游已经初具规模，发展过程中，农家乐、采摘园、乡村景区等发展模式较为普遍，此外，还涉及到农业科技项目等。旅游地点的建设和发展主要由区位交通、城市带动、旅游地拉动以及三者的综合效应共同驱动，这几个因素对上海农业旅游发展的贡献比例依次为32.8%、24.3%、15.9%和16.1%。交通枢纽和景区是农业旅游发展的直接驱动因素，城市通过交通干线与旅游目的地相连，是一种间接驱动因素。［结论］上海农业旅游产业发展迅猛，范围不断扩大，旅游人数日渐增多，旅游模式多样化。农业旅游发展驱动因素主要以区位交通、城市带动、旅游地拉动为主，三者对农业旅游的推动作用依次减小，三者的综合作用也有效的推动了旅游业的协调发展。 |

| Based on the background and development of agricultural tourism in Shanghai, this paper discussed the influencing factors of the development of agricultural tourism industry in Shanghai, and highlighted the factors that affected the development of agricultural tourism in Shanghai. Then, according to the factors such as regional traffic factors and urban driving factors, it investigated the status and driving factors of agricultural tourism development in Shanghai based on the official statistics, field investigation in the tourist area, and the questionnaire survey. The results showed that Shanghai agricultural tourism began to develop fast, the development process, farmhouse, picking garden, rural scenic area and other development models were common and related to agricultural science and technology projects. The construction and development of the tourist sites were mainly driven by the regional traffic, the city driven, the tourism area, and the combination. The contribution rate of these factors to the development of agricultural tourism in Shanghai was 32.8%, 24.3%, 15.9% and 16.1 %. Traffic hubs and scenic spots were the direct drivers of the development of agricultural tourism, and the transportation route was an indirect driving factor. It concluded that the rapid development of agricultural tourism industry in Shanghai had been expanding, with the increasing number of tourists and the diversification of tourism modes. The driving factors of agricultural tourism development were mainly driven by regional transportation, city driving and tourism. |
