基于多元主体的立体休闲农业体系构建

摘要:
[目的]针对立体农业与休闲农业的结合体——立体休闲农业展开研究,以期为立体休闲农业的发展提供理论依据和指导意见。[方法]文章以多元主体的立体休闲农业体系构建为总目标,在提取专家建议并兼顾立体休闲农业特点的基础上,采用层次分析法,构建了5个系统25个指标的立体休闲农业评价指标体系,并通过计算分析各系统和各指标的权重。[结果]系统层5大系统权重大小分别为:旅游系统>循环系统>养殖系统>种植系统>能源系统。能源系统内,能源回收率>能源传输率>太阳能发电量>生物能发电量; 种植系统内,资金投入与产出比>肥料节约量>种植方式>牧草种植面积>农作物种植面积>农副产品产量; 养殖系统内,饲料成本节约量>资金投入与产出比>养殖方式>家畜家禽养殖量>水产品养殖量; 循环系统内,饲料传递率>节水措施使用率>水资源二次使用率>雨水收集量>污水处理率; 旅游系统内,社会效应贡献率>游客体验满意度>参观内容丰富度>参观路线设计合理程度>服务保障(餐饮、住宿)。[结论]立体休闲农业体系的多元主体主要体现在各层次侧重的发展方向上,该体系系统层中旅游系统和循环系统所占比重较大,说明立体休闲农业体系的构建要注重其旅游效益,其次要充分保证其循环系统的运转,指标层中,每一系统包含的各指标权重参差不齐。

CONSTRUCTION OF THREE DIMENSIONAL LEISURE AGRICULTURE SYSTEM BASED ON MULTIPLE SUBJECTS

Abstract:
The research aimed at the combination of three-dimensional agriculture and leisure agriculture, three-dimensional leisure agriculture, which provided the theoretical basis and guidance for the development of three-dimensional leisure agriculture. Based on the construction of three dimensional recreational agriculture system with multiple subjects, this paper built an index system of three-dimensional leisure agriculture with five indicators and 25 indicators based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Then, calculated and analyed the weight of each system and each index. The weight of five indicators were as follows:tourism system>circulatory system>aquaculture system>planting system>energy system; In energy system:energy recovery rate>energy transfer rate>solar power generation>biomass power generation; in plant systems:capital input-output ratio>fertilizer savings>planting patterns>forage planted area>crop area planted>output of agricultural and sideline products; in planting system: the cost of feed savings>capital input and output ratio>farming methods>livestock breeding>aquaculture production; in circulation system: data transmission rate>water-saving measures utilization>secondary water use rate>rainfall collection rate>sewage treatment rate; in tourism system: contribution rate of social effects within tourism system>visitor experience satisfaction>content richness of visit>reasonable route of visit design>service guarantee(catering, accommodation).The multiple subjects of the three-dimensional leisure agriculture system were mainly reflected in the development directions that all levels focused on. The proportion of tourism system and circulation system in the system layer of the system was relatively large, indicating that the construction of three-dimensional leisure agriculture system should pay attention to its tourism benefits. Second, we must fully ensure the operation of the circulatory system.In the index layer, the weight of each index contained in each system is different.
