| ［目的］通过总结梳理我国七大地理区域农户土地流转行为的实证研究及相关对策，分析全国范围内的农户土地流转行为，以期为我国农户土地流转的发展提供借鉴。［方法］文章基于CNKI核心期刊和CSSCI数据库，回顾2000~2016年农户土地流转行为文献，采用文献综述法梳理我国七大地理区域农户土地流转行为的实证研究及相关对策，分析不同区域的农户土地流转行为。［结果］2000~2016年关于农户土地流转行为的文献数量总体在逐年增加，文献中关键词出现较多的是土地流转、农户、影响因素、农地流转、Logistic模型和农户行为等。研究方法主要采用的是Logistic回归模型、Probit回归检验模型、Heckman两阶段行为选择决策模型和多群组结构方程模型等4种。不同区域的土地流转总面积、农户转入和转出土地面积、农户土地流转形式、流转对象、流转合同和流转期限等都存在差异。众多研究者根据不同区域的土地流转农户行为和现状的差异，提出了不同的对策建议。［结论］国内对于农户土地流转行为的研究文献总数相对较少，研究热点主要涉及土地流转、农户、影响因素、农地流转、Logistic模型和农户行为等。研究农户土地流转行为及其影响因素的方法渐趋多样化。不同区域农户土地流转行为略有差异，所提对策建议也相对存在区域差异性。 |

| To summarize the empirical research and related countermeasures of land transfer behavior of farmers in seven geographical regions in China, and to analyze the land circulation behavior of farmers nationwide in order to provide reference for the development of farmland land transfer in China. Based on CNKI core journals and CSSCI database, this paper reviews the literature on land transfer behavior of farmers from 2000 to 2016, and uses the literature review method to sort out the empirical research and related countermeasures of land transfer behavior of farmers in seven geographical regions in China. The total number of literatures on farmer land transfer behavior from 2000 to 2016 increased year by year. The key words appeared in the literature were land transfer, farmer, influencing factors, farmland circulation, Logistic model and farmer behavior. The research methods are mainly Logistic regression model, Probit regression test model, Heckman two-stage behavior selection decision-making model and multi-group structure equation model. The total area of land transfer, the land transfer and transfer of land area, the form of land transfer, the object of circulation, the contract of circulation and the duration of circulation are different in different regions. Many researchers put forward different countermeasures and suggestions according to the differences of farmers′ behavior and current situation in different regions. The total number of literatures on farmer land transfer behavior in China is relatively small. The research focus mainly involves land circulation, farmer, influencing factors, farmland circulation, Logistic model and farmer behavior. The method of studying the land circulation behavior and its influencing factors are becoming more and more diversified. There are some differences in land transfer behavior among farmers in different regions, and there are regional differences in the proposed countermeasures. |
