| ［目的］成渝城市群是我国西部的经济增长引擎，准确地判断其经济发展潜力对促进城市群的发展有着重要的作用。［方法］研究重点在于统计数据的可视化表达，构建出一套基于行政地域的经济潜能发展评价指标体系。在行政区视角和空间视角上，对该区域的经济发展、资源环境支持、科技创新能力等进行量化和评价。在行政区视角，研究采用统计数据与行政区单元相匹配的方法进行空间化。在空间视角，采用空间吸引力算法、辐射能力算法和核密度算法，分别对空间数据进行量化和表达。［结果］从评价结果看，较准确地反映了区域经济发展潜力现状，在行政区视角，可以较好地实现区域间的横向比较。而在空间视角，突出作为承载构成行政区相关统计数据的空间设施在区域的分布格局所引起区域经济潜能的差异化格局。［结论］基于空间视角的评价，可以更准确地把握微观差异和空间的集聚效应，明确进一步提升区域内经济潜能的空间实施路径。 |

| Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration is the engine of economic growth in Western China. So, judging the potential of economic development accurately is important for the development of the urban agglomeration. This paper quantified and examined this urban agglomeration's economic growth, the support of resource and environment, and scientific and technological innovation ability, based on the perspective of administrative unit scale and spatial scale respectively. From the administrative perspective, the study used the statistical data and the administrative unit to emphasize the visualization expression of the statistical data, and finally it constructed a set of evaluation index system of economic potential development which is based on administrative area. From the spatial perspective, the spatial attraction algorithm, the radiation ability algorithm and kernel density algorithm were used to quantify and express the spatial data respectively to highlight the differentiation pattern of regional economic potential caused by the different locations of facilities which constitute the relevant statistical data of the administrative region. The evaluation results indicated that the two perspectives both well reflected the economical potentials of the study area. The horizontal comparison between regions can realize the administrative perspective. In the spatial perspective, it can accurately grasp the micro differences and spatial clustering effect, and clarify the implementation path to further enhance the economic potential of the region. |
