| ［目的］土地股份合作社是壮大村级集体经济的有效实现形式，研究欠发达地区的土地股份合作社，对统筹区域发展、培育农村经济新增长点具有重大意义。［方法］文章以宁夏红寺堡区和云南大理市两地为调研对象，采用实地走访方法，总结分析经济欠发达地区土地股份合作社发育原因及其作用机制。［结果］（1）村庄困境驱动是欠发达地区村集体经济组织创新的根本原因；（2）社会资本下乡诉求是土地股份合作社发展的外在推力；（3）土地股份合作社从土地合作机制、利益分配机制、主体协调机制和经济发展机制等4个方面对农村经济发展产生积极效用。［结论］需要健全政策扶持体系和管理服务制度保障土地股份合作社壮大发展，推进欠发达地区村集体经济发展。 |

| The land joint-stock cooperative is an effective form to strengthen the village collective economy. To study the land joint-stock cooperative in less developed areas is significant to coordinate regional development and to cultivate the new growth point of rural economy. Aiming at Hongsipu and Dali, this paper used the method of field visits to conclude the developing motivation and developing mechanism of land joint-stock cooperative. The results showed that: (1) the village dilemma driving was the leading cause of innovating the village collective economic system; (2) the demands of social capital was external causes; (3) the land joint-stock cooperative played positive effects in four aspects: land cooperation mechanism，interest distribution mechanism, coordination mechanism and development mechanism. Therefore, the sound policy support system and management service should be created to make rural land joint-stock cooperative stronger, and promote village collective economy in developing areas. |
