| ［目的］立足于河南省乡村旅游资源，结合其特色进行资源分类并对乡村旅游资源做出评价，以期为河南省开展“旅游扶贫”工作，大力发展乡村旅游产业的合理规划、定位提供借鉴及参考。［方法］依据河南省乡村旅游资源的形态、特征、功能、用途，结合前人研究成果，采用国标分级标准，构建河南省乡村旅游资源等级分类体系； 选取目前对于乡村旅游资源的评价方法采用最多的层次分析法（AHP）对河南省乡村旅游资源做出评价。［结果］（1）河南省乡村旅游资源可分为5个主类、19个亚类以及55个基本类，该分类体系较为全面地概括了河南省乡村旅游资源的功能及类型； （2）资源开发价值是评价河南省乡村旅游资源的最重要指标，其次是资源经济价值； （3）乡村居民环境保护意识、乡村设施完善度成为评价河南省乡村旅游资源的重要指标，这主要与河南省乡村旅游业只注重短期经济效益、忽视长期资源环境效益，只注重资源开发、不注重配套设施完善有关。［结论］河南省在发展自身乡村旅游产业时，注重自身丰厚资源的利用、合理开发传统村落资源、加强乡村居民环保意识培养和乡村设施建设是重中之重。 |

| CLASSIFICATION AND EVALUATION OF RURAL TOURISM RESOURCES IN HENAN PROVINCE |

| Abstract: |
| Based on the rural tourism resources of Henan Province, the resources were classified according to its characteristics and the rural tourism resources were evaluated in order to provide reference for carrying out the "tourism poverty alleviation" work in Henan province, and to provide a reference of the rational plannning and positioning for the development of the rural tourism industry. Based on the forms, characteristics, functions and uses of the rural tourism resources in Henan province, this paper combines the results of published papers and adopts the national standard grading standards to construct the rural tourism resources rating system in Henan province; the selected AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is the most widely used method for the evaluation of rural tourism resources in Henan province. (Ⅰ) Rural tourism resources in Henan province can be divided into 5 major categories, 19 subcategories and 55 basic categories. The classification system comprehensively summarizes the functions and types of rural tourism resources in Henan province; (Ⅱ) The value of resource development is the most important indicator for evaluating rural tourism resources in Henan province, followed by the economic value of resources; (Ⅲ) Rural tourism only pays attention to short-term economic benefits, neglects long-term resource and environmental benefits, and only pays attention to resource development, but not care about the improvement of supporting facilities. Thus the awareness of environmental protection of rural residents and the completeness of rural facilities have become an important indicator for evaluating rural tourism resources in Henan province. Paying attentation to the abundant resources of rural tourism in Henan province, and the rational development of traditional villages, strengthening the cultivation of rural residents′ awareness of environmental protection and the construction of rural facilities are of utmost importance to the development of rural tourism in Henan province. |
