[目的]从化肥使用角度出发,分析农业补贴对生态环境的影响。[方法]运用DEA方法计算农业生产过程中的经济效率,然后使用DEAP 21软件测算出作为要素投入量的化肥使用是否过量,并运用省际面板数据构建了包括农业补贴的化肥影响因素模型,着重研究农业补贴对化肥使用量的影响。[结果](1)考察期内大部分年份的化肥实际使用量大于最优投入量,且化肥实际使用量与最优投入量的差额变化趋势与农业综合效率成反比; (2)农业补贴对化肥使用量具有显著的正面影响,即农业补贴增加1单位,化肥使用量就增加0139 7单位。[结论]化肥使用量存在过量情况,且农业补贴的增加会促进已过量使用的化肥使用量增加,进而恶化生态环境。 |

IMPACTS OF AGRICULTURAL SUBSIDIES ON ECOLOGICAL ENVIRONMENT*——FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FERTILIZER USE |

The article analyzed the impact of agricultural subsidies on the ecological environment from the perspective of fertilizer use, and used DEA method to calculate the economic efficiency in agricultural production process. And then used the provincial panel data to construct the influencing factor model of chemical fertilizers including the agricultural subsidies, and analyzed the impact of agricultural subsidies on the use of chemical fertilizers mainly. The results showed that: (Ⅰ) The actual use of chemical fertilizer in most years was greater than the optimal input during the study period, and the trend of the difference between the actual use of fertilizer and the optimal input was inversely proportional to the comprehensive efficiency of agriculture. (Ⅱ) Fertilizer use had a significant positive impact, namely an increase of 1 unit of agricultural subsidies, fertilizer use increased by 0.139 7 units. In general, there was an excessive use of chemical fertilizers, and the increase in agricultural subsidies would promote the excessive use of chemical fertilizer use increased, thus worsen the ecological environment. |
