| ［目的］新形势下，农村可持续发展对我国基本实现农业现代化、城乡一体化具有重要的现实意义。文章通过对河南省农村可持续发展潜力的区域差异进行研究，为优化河南省农业产业布局提供理论参考。［方法］从经济可持续发展潜力、社会可持续发展潜力和生态可持续发展潜力3个方面构建农村可持续发展潜力评价体系，采用熵值法和加权综合法，在市域尺度研究河南省农村可持续发展潜力。［结果］（1）河南省农村经济发展水平总体上表现为豫东和豫南地区良好，除济源市外，西北地区较差； 农村社会发展水平呈现豫东地区较差，其余地区基本一般的特征； 农村生态状况表现为豫西和豫南地区较好，除鹤壁和濮阳，豫东和豫北地区其他各市较差。（2）河南省市域间农村可持续发展潜力的综合评价分值差异较大，其中济源市、信阳市和鹤壁市的综合评价分值较高，漯河市和商丘市的评分明显低于其他各市。［结论］该省大部分地区经济、社会和生态发展极不平衡，因地制宜，逐步推进产业结构调整，缩短地区间差异，将有利于该地区农村的可持续发展。 |

| REGIONALIZATION OF RURAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT POTENTIAL BASED ON REGIONAL ECONOMIC GROWTH*——A CASE STUDY OF HENAN PROVINCE |

| Under the new situation, rural sustainable development has important practical significance for China′s basic realization of agricultural modernization and urban rural integration. The study of the regional differences in the sustainable development potential of rural areas in Henan provincecan provide a theoretical reference for optimizing the agricultural industry layout in Henan province. The rural sustainable development potential evaluation system was constructed from the following three aspects: economic sustainable development potential, social sustainable development potential and ecological sustainable development potential. The entropy method and weighted synthesis method were used to study the sustainable development potential of rural areas in Henan province. The overall level of rural economic development in Henan province was generally good in the eastern and southern Henan regions, but it was bad in the northwest regions except Jiyuan city; the rural social development level was poor in the eastern Henan region, and the rest of the region was generally in normal condition; As for therural ecological performance,it was betterin the western Henan and southern Henan areas, but it was worse inthe other cities of the eastern Henan and northern Henan areasexcept Hebi and Puyang. The comprehensive evaluation scores of rural sustainable development potential in Henan province were quite different. The comprehensive evaluation scores of Jiyuan city, Xinyang city and Hebi city were higher but the scores of Luohe city and Shangqiu city were significantly lower than those of other cities. The economic, social and ecological development of some regions was extremely unbalanced.It will be conducive to the sustainable development of rural areas in this region by promoting industrial restructuring and shortening regional differencesgradually according to the local conditions. |
