| ［目的］探讨乡村振兴战略和旅游发展的耦合关系，以期为乡村的可持续发展提供理论和实践支撑。［方法］以河北省为例，通过构建乡村振兴和乡村旅游发展系统，采用层次分析法确定权重，进而通过耦合模型计算两者的协调度。［结果］（1）河北省各个市区的乡村振兴战略系统的得分介于0784 2~1572 3，其中石家庄的得分最高（1572 3），其次是邯郸（1404 8），邢台（1397 4），而承德的得分最低（0784 2）； （2）乡村旅游系统的得分介于0768 7~0954 7，其中石家庄得分最高（0954 7），其次是廊坊（0927 6）、保定（0925 3），但就整体而言，河北省各个市区的乡村旅游发展水平差别较小； （3）河北省大部分市区的乡村振兴战略和乡村旅游发展的耦合协调度处于较高以上水平，其中石家庄和邢台的耦合协调度分别为0986 8和0923 2，处于高度耦合水平； 唐山（0849 5）、秦皇岛（0853 3）、邯郸（0881 9）、保定（0864 2）、张家口（0813 3）和廊坊（0890 4）处于较高耦合水平； 沧州（0764 4）和衡水（0726 8）处于中度耦合水平； 而承德为0695 5，处于低度耦合水平。［结论］分析河北省各市区乡村振兴和乡村旅游发展的耦合程度，对于全省乡村均衡持续发展具有重要作用。 |

| RESEARCH ON THE COUPLING OF RURAL REVITALIZATION STRATEGY AND RURAL TOURISM DEVELOPMENT PLAN IN HEBEI PROVINCE |

| This research aims to explore the coupling relationship between the strategy of rural revitalization and tourism development, so as to provide theoretical and practical support for the sustainable development of rural areas. Taking Hebei province as an example, this research constructed a rural development and tourism development system, determined the weights by using the analytic hierarchy process, and then calculated the degree of coordination between the two through a coupling model. The results were indicated as follows. Firstly, the scores of the rural revitalization strategy system in each urban area of Hebei province ranged from 0.7842 to 1.5723, with Shijiazhuang having the highest score (1.5723), followed by Handan (1.4048), Xingtai (1.3974), while Chengde scored the lowest (0.7842).Secondly, the score of the rural tourism system was from 0.7687 to 0.9547, among which Shijiazhuang had the highest score (0.9547), followed by Langfang (0.9276) and Baoding (0.9253), but overall, the development level of rural tourism in different urban areas of Hebei province was relatively small. Finally, the coupling coordination degree between rural revitalization strategy and rural tourism development in most urban areas of Hebei Province was at a relatively high level. The coupling coordination degrees between Shijiazhuang and Xingtai were 0.9868 and 0.9232, respectively, which were at a high level of coupling; Tangshan (0.8495), Qinhuangdao (0.8533), Handan (0.8819), Baoding (0.8642), Zhangjiakou (0.8133) and Langfang (0.8904) were at a higher level of coupling; Cangzhou (0.7644) and Hengshui (0.7268) were at moderate coupling level; while Chengde was 0.6955, at low level of coupling. The analysis of the coupling degree between rural revitalization and rural tourism development in each urban area of Hebei Province plays an important role in the balanced and sustainable development of rural villages in Hebei province. |
