[目的]农业能源效率提升是农业可持续发展关键。以中国农业能源效率为研究对象,深入探究中国农业能源效率的区域差异及未来演进趋势,以期为中国农业能源效率的跨区域协同提升提供理论支持与政策建议。[方法]基于2000—2016年省际面板数据,利用非径向、非角度、双导向的窗口DEA模型对中国省际农业能源效率进行测度,采用Dagum基尼系数和Kernel核密度估计方法对中国农业能源效率的区域差异及未来演进趋势进行实证考察。[结果](1)中国省际农业能源效率在样本考察期内持续上升,且农业能源效率的整体区域差异不断缩小,而超变密度是农业能源效率区域差异的主要来源;(2)Kernel核密度估计结果表明,尽管农业能源效率的区域差异不断缩小,中西部地区依然存在两极分化现象。[结论]为实现农业可持续发展、减缓农业生产对资源环境的压力,相关部门应积极制定相关策略,以实现中国农业能源效率的跨区域协同提升。 |

The improvement of agricultural energy efficiency is the key to the sustainable development of agriculture.This paper takes China′s agricultural energy efficiency as the research object, deeply explores the regional differences and future evolution trend of China′s agricultural energy efficiency, so as to provide theoretical support and policy suggestions for cross regional synergistic promotion of China′s agricultural energy efficiency.Based on the inter provincial panel data from 2000 to 2016, the non radial, non angle and double directed window DEA model was used to measure the energy efficiency of China′s inter provincial agriculture.And by the means of Dagum Gini coefficient and Kernel density estimation method, the regional differences and future evolution trend of China′s agricultural energy efficiency were empirically investigated.The inter provincial agricultural energy efficiency in China continued to rise during the sample study period, and the overall regional differences in agricultural energy efficiency continued to shrink, while the hyper variability density was the main source of regional differences in agricultural energy efficiency.Kernel density estimation results showed that despite regional differences in agricultural energy efficiency were shrinking, polarization was still present in the central and western regions.In order to achieve sustainable development of agriculture and reduce the pressure of agricultural production on agricultural resources and environment, relevant administrations should actively formulate relevant strategies to achieve cross regional synergy improvement of China′s agricultural energy efficiency. |
