| ［目的］在长江经济带建设上升为国家战略的新时期，农业作为长江经济带发展的重要组成部分，须向高质量阶段迈进。从理论层面和操作层面对长江经济带农业发展问题进行综合系统探究，对推进新时期长江经济带农业高质量发展具有重要理论和现实意义。［方法］基于当前长江经济带农业发展现状和学术研究前沿，从绿色发展的视角系统探讨新时期长江经济带农业高质量发展的实现路径。［结果］（1）长江经济带农业发展呈现出主要农产品产量和农业经济总量双增、农业比重持续下降、农产品进出口贸易活跃、农产品加工业发展较快、农业新业态不断涌现等特征。（2）长江经济带农业高质量发展面临着粮食供需形势严峻、区域发展不均衡、资源约束趋紧、农业面源污染加剧、生态系统脆弱且退化明显、农村贫困化地域分布广等问题。［结论］新时期，长江经济带要从巩固提升农业综合生产能力、促进区域协调发展、严格保护水土资源、综合防治农业面源污染、养护修复生态系统、推进产业精准扶贫等6个方面着手，推动农业高质量发展。 |

| In the new era, the construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has risen to a national strategy. As an important part of the development, it′s necessary for agriculture of the Yangtze River Economic Belt to adapt to this trend and move towards a high quality stage. Thus, the comprehensive inquiry of the agricultural development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the high quality development of agriculture of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the new period. Based on the agricultural development status and academic research frontiers, this paper systematically explored the realization path of high quality agricultural development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt in the new era. The agricultural development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt showed the following characteristics. The output of major agricultural products and agricultural economic aggregate had both increased. The proportion of agriculture had continued to decline. The import and export trade of agricultural products had been active. The development of agricultural processing industry had developed rapidly. The new agricultural industry formats had emerged. However, the high quality development of agriculture of the Yangtze River Economic Belt was faced with such problems as grim situation of food supply and demand, unbalanced regional development, tight resource constraints, aggravated agricultural non point source pollution, fragile and degraded ecosystems, and widespread rural poverty stricken areas. In order to promote high quality development of agriculture, it′s necessary for the Yangtze River Economic Belt to consolidate and improve agricultural comprehensive production capacity, promote balanced development among regions, strictly protect water and soil resources, comprehensively control agricultural non point source pollution, restore ecosystems and promote targeted industrial poverty alleviation. |
