[目的]现阶段资源环境问题依然是经济社会发展的短板,随着城乡建设进程的加快,农业资源环境问题凸显,探究农业资源环境与经济增长之间的耦合发展关系,对实现农业的可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。[方法]通过构建华北地区农业资源环境与经济增长两个系统发展评价指标,采用熵值法和加权综合法评价2010—2016年该地区农业资源环境与经济发展水平,在此基础上构建耦合模型,深入探究华北地区农业资源环境与经济增长的协调性关系。[结果](1)2010—2016年华北地区农业经济评价分值整体呈上升趋势,由2010年的0096提高到2016年0847; 农业资源环境的评价分值存在波动。2010—2016年两系统之间一直处于中等耦合阶段,耦合协调度由低度协调耦合最终过渡到高度协调耦合。(2)2010—2016年,华北地区各省、直辖市、自治区农业资源环境与农业经济增长两系统之间均处于中等耦合阶段。山西省和河北省两系统之间耦合协调度由低度协调耦合最终过渡到高度协调耦合,内蒙古由低度协调耦合过渡到中度协调耦合,北京市和天津市两系统均处于中度协调耦合阶段。[结论]华北地区农业资源环境与经济增长之间的耦合协调性表现良好的发展态势,但仍有较大发展空间,如何优化农业产业结构,促进农业资源环境与经济增长向更高水平耦合阶段发展依然是今后关注的问题。 |

ANALYSIS ON THE COORFINATION OF AGRICULTURAL RESOURCES ENVIRONMENT AND ECONOMIC GROWTH IN NORTH CHINA |

At present, the resource and environmental problems are still the shortcomings of economic and social development. With the acceleration of the urban rural construction process, the problems of agricultural resources and environment are prominent, and to explore the coupling development relationship between agricultural resources and environment and economic growth is of great practical significance to realize the sustainable development of agriculture. By constructing two systematic development evaluation indexes of agricultural resource environment and economic growth in North China, the entropy method and weighted comprehensive method were used to evaluate the level of agricultural resource environment and economic development in the region from 2010 to 2016. Based on this, a coupling model was constructed to further explore the coordinated relationship between agricultural resource environment and economic growth in North China. From 2010 to 2016, the agricultural economic evaluation scores in North China showed an overall upward trend, from 0.096 in 2010 to 0.847 in 2016; the evaluation scores of agricultural resources and environment fluctuated. From 2010 to 2016, the two systems had been in the middle coupling stage, and the coupling coordination degree finally transitioned from low coordination coupling to highly coordinated coupling. From 2010 to 2016, the agricultural resources environment and agricultural economic growth of all provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in North China were in the middle coupling stage. The coupling coordination degree between the two systems in Shanxi province and Hebei province had finally transitioned from low coordination coupling to highly coordinated coupling. Inner Mongolia had transitioned from low coordination coupling to moderate coordination coupling. Both Beijing and Tianjin systems were in moderate coordination coupling stage. In summary, the coupling and coordination between agricultural resource environment and economic growth in North China shows a good development trend, but there is still much room for development. How to optimize the agricultural industrial structure and promote the coupling stage of agricultural resource environment and economic growth to a higher level development remains a concern in the future. |
