畜产品供应链中超市质量协同控制影响因素及其作用机理分析*——以鸡肉为例

摘要:
[目的]供应链末端是保障鸡肉质量的重要环节,而超市作为供应链末端销售商的代表,其质量协同控制行为对于保障畜产品质量起着尤为重要的作用,因此明确超市质量协同控制行为的主要影响因素及其作用机理对改善畜产品供应链中超市的质量协同控制行为、提高畜产品质量具有重要意义。[方法]构建“禀赋特征—认知特征—行为倾向—协同行为”的分析框架,利用861份调查数据,运用结构方程模型确定了超市质量协同控制的影响因素,并分析了影响因素间作用机理。[结果]管理者特征、经营特征和外部环境除对超市质量协同控制有显著的直接影响(路径系数分别为0277、0205和0315)外,还通过认知特征和行为倾向中介变量对超市质量协同控制产生间接影响(路径系数分别为0242和0146),并且影响最大的是外部环境,其次是管理者特征,最后是经营特征。[结论]加大宣传与培训力度,提高超市管理者认知水平,增强超市质量协同控制能力是促进超市实施质量协同控制的有效途径。

ANALYSIS ON THE FACTORS AND ITS OPERATION MECHANISM OF QUALITY COORDINATED CONTROL BY SUPERMARKETS IN THE SUPPLY CHAIN*——TAKE CHICKEN AS AN EXAMPLE

Abstract:
The end of the supply chain is an important link to ensure the quality of chicken, and the supermarket, as the representative of the end seller of the supply chain, plays a particularly important role in controlling the quality of animal products. Therefore, it is of great significance to clarify the main influencing factors of the quality control behavior of supermarket and its mechanism to improve the quality control behavior of supermarket and improve the quality of livestock products. Based on the analysis framework of "endowment characteristic, cognitive characteristic, behavioral tendency, cooperative behavior" and 861 survey data,the influencing factors of supermarket quality cooperative control were determined by using structural equation model, and the mechanism of interaction between influencing factors was analyzed. As a result, the management characteristics, business characteristics and external environment had a significant direct impact on supermarket quality coordination control, and its path coefficients were 0.277, 0.205 and 0.315, respectively. These factors also had an indirect influence on supermarket quality coordination control through cognitive characteristics and behavioral tendency intermediary variables and its path coefficients were 0.242 and 0.146, respectively. And the biggest impact was the external environment, followed by the management characteristics and finally the business characteristics. It is an effective way to promote the implementation of quality control in supermarkets to increase the awareness of supermarket managers and enhance the ability of quality coordination control.
