| ［目的］旅游产业作为高附加值的“无烟工业”，已在国内外众多的旅游扶贫实践基地取得了丰硕成果。基于三峡库区旅游扶贫取得的成果和发现的问题，探究库区旅游扶贫的时空分异规律和影响因素有利于总结成功经验，并为后期库区旅游产业布局提供参考。［方法］研究运用数据包络分析法（DEA）测算出2011—2016年三峡库区各区县旅游扶贫效率，对年份数据开展MI指数分析评价，形成时间分异规律，结合GIS空间分析功能分别从产出效益角度和投入—产出效益角度分析其空间分异规律，后期通过建立空间计量回归模型得出了影响库区旅游扶贫效率的诸多因素。［结果］三峡库区旅游扶贫效率同时具备聚集效益和区域差距的特征，库区扶贫效率整体向好，整体出现梯次分布格局，呈现出两端较高、中段偏低的地域差距。［结论］人均国民生产总值、第三产业占比和财政支出状况对效率提升有正向影响，旅游综合收入、旅游人数则对效率提升有负面影响。 |

| As a "smoke free industry" with high added value, the tourism industry makes great achievements in numerous tourism poverty alleviation practical bases at home and abroad. Based on the achievements and problems of tourism poverty alleviation in the Three Gorges Reservoir area, this research aims to explore time space differentiation and influencing factors of tourism poverty alleviation of the reservoir area, which is helpful to summarize the successful experience, so as to provide reference for the layout of tourism industry in the later period. This study used data envelopment analysis (DEA) to calculate the tourism poverty alleviation efficiency of each district and county in the Three Gorges Reservoir area from 2011 to 2016 and carried out MI index analysis of the year data to form time differentiation rules, and combining with the GIS spatial analysis function, from the output benefit perspective and input output benefit perspective, respectively, it analyzed the spatial differentiation law. Later, by establishing a spatial econometric regression model, many factors affecting the efficiency of tourism poverty alleviation in the reservoir area were obtained. The results showed that the tourism poverty alleviation efficiency in the Three Gorges Reservoir area had the characteristics of both aggregation benefit and regional gap. The poverty alleviation efficiency of the reservoir area was generally good, with the overall distribution pattern of echelon, showing a regional gap of higher at both ends and lower in the middle section. Per capita GDP, the proportion of tertiary industry and fiscal expenditure have a positive impact on the efficiency improvement, while comprehensive tourism income and the number of tourists have a negative impact on the improvement of efficiency. |
