| 摘要: |
| ［目的］文章探讨了中国乡村振兴进程中面临的国情农情约束，以及如何基于中国独特的国情农情，顺应历史发展的趋势，把握经济发展的规律，走出一条有中国特色的乡村振兴道路。［方法］通过中国与世界各国现状的比较，指出“乡村衰落”这一世界性难题及其内在原因； 从城乡发展不平衡、农村劳动力外流、小农经济、土地制度等方面分析了中国农业农村发展面临的约束。［结果］立足中国独特的国情农情，对中国特色的乡村振兴之路如何走从城乡融合发展、共同富裕、质量兴农、创新治理、绿色发展、文化兴盛、精准脱贫7个方面进行了阐释。［结论］按照国家的部署大力实施乡村振兴战略，中国能够立足国情农情走出中国特色的乡村振兴之路。 |

| Based on the unique national conditions and agricultural conditions in the process of rural revitalization in China, this article discusses how to follow the trend of historical development, grasp the laws of economic development, and blaze a path of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics. Through the comparison of the status quo between China and other countries in the world, this article pointed out the global problem of "rural decline" and its internal reasons, analyzed the constraints China faces during the development of agriculture and rural areas from the aspects of unbalanced urban and rural development, outflow of rural labor, small scale peasant economy, land system, etc. Based on China′s unique national conditions and agricultural conditions, this article explained how the road of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics could be developed from urban and rural integration, common prosperity, quality agriculture, innovative governance, green development, cultural prosperity, and precise poverty alleviation. By vigorously implement the strategy of rural revitalization, China can take the road of rural revitalization with Chinese characteristics based on national conditions and agricultural conditions. |
