| ［目的］发展产业是实现脱贫的根本之策，农业科技是支撑贫困地区产业发展的源动力。当前，贫困地区农业科技转化率和贡献率均较低，农业科技推广受到诸多因素制约，文章基于农户角度进行研究，致力于提出促进贫困地区农民农业科技需求的建议。［方法］文章以四川省贫困地区实地调查数据，通过对贫困地区农户优良种子和种畜需求、栽培和养殖技术需求、生产组织方式和模式需求、适用新机械新装备需求、精深加工技术需求的影响因子开展二元Logistic回归分析。［结果］家庭劳动力情况、家庭收入情况、是否加入合作社、是否接受过农业科技指导和培训是当前贫困地区农民农业科技需求的主要影响因素。［结论］根据分析结果，提出大力发展贫困地区优势特色产业，留住和吸引农业生产经营人才； 加大科技扶贫投入力度，破解农业科技需求的恶性循环； 加快提升农民专合组织能力，提高合作社辐射带动能力； 不断加大农业科技培训力度，提高农民科技素质等建议。 |

| Developing industry is the fundamental policy to get rid of poverty, and agricultural science and technology is the source power to support the industrial development in poor areas. At present, the transformation rate and contribution rate of agricultural science and technology in poor areas are low. Agricultural science and technology popularization is restricted by many factors. From the perspective of farmers, this paper is intended to put forward suggestions to promote farmers′ demand for agricultural science and technology in poverty stricken areas. Based on the field survey data of poor areas in Sichuan province, this paper carried out a binary logistic regression analysis on the influencing factors of farmers′ demand for fine seeds and livestock, cultivation and breeding technology, production organization and mode, new machinery and equipment, and intensive processing technology in poverty stricken areas. The study concluded that family labor force, family income, whether to join cooperatives, whether to receive guidance and training in agricultural science and technology were the main influencing factors for agricultural science and technology in poverty stricken areas. According to the results, it is suggested that we should vigorously develop the advantageous characteristic industries in poverty stricken areas, retain and attract agricultural production and management talents, constantly strengthen the training of agricultural science and technology, improve the quality of farmers′ agricultural science and technology, accelerate the promotion of the ability of farmers′ exclusive organization and improve the radiation driving ability of cooperatives. |
