| Under the situation of gradual improvement of market economic rules and order and continuous canonical operation of corporates , more attention have been paid on better corporate management structure, which is regarded as basic instrument to booster economic vitality and improve economic efficiency, and to guarantee benefits of related enterprises. Through analyzing the companies established by agricultural research institutions, this paper tries to expound the content of corporate governance, explores the system establishment for corporate governance and the effective measures for strengthening corporate governance. |
