| This paper explains the impact of financial budget reform on the financial management work of agricultural research institutes from several aspects like financial management system,qualities of financial staff,budget making and the management of state assets.Countermeasures to boost reform are put forward by proceeding with the management system innovation,system building and improving the qualities of all the accountants. |
