| 该文分析了农业科技创新在新农村建设中的重要作用,提出重点培育农村经济合作组织、农业龙头企业和农业种植或养殖大户等科技创新主体;着力构建以农业大专院校、科研院所为主体的产学研紧密结合的农业科技创新平台和农科教相结合的农业科技成果转化平台;同时把培训新农民、全面提高农民科技文化素质作为实施农业科技创新战略的重要保障。 |
