| Taking into account the current situation in state-owned property among institutions of scientific research, this paper analyzed the existing problems in the management of state-owned property and made four corresponding proposals enhancing the management of state-owned property among institutions of scientific research, including the establishment of the overall control system on the state-owned property, the establishment of relevant mechanisms concerning the purchase and use of large-scale instrument for the purpose of scientific research and the establishment of a sound information management system on state-owned property among institutions of scientific research |
