| This paper summarized the execution situation of the renovations and purchase special items and basic research funds, and provided some measures to ensure the successfully implementation of the item, including the introduction of quarterly project progress reporting system, project summary year-end reporting system, project tracking and inspection system, and set up the "encouragement methods for achievements in scientific research of Lanzhou Animal Husbandry and veterinary Institute of China Academy of Agricultural Sciences " and so on. |
