| 现代农业产业技术体系建设专项资金管理是现代农业产业技术体系建设的重要子部分,为其提供了强有力的支撑作用。因此,完善现代农业产业技术体系建设专项资金管理工作有着重要的现实意义。文章通过对产业内木薯项目组织、实施过程的调研,就其资金内容、使用范围及其管理中存在的问题进行了探讨,并提出了相应的对策建议。 |

| The special fund management of Modern agricultural industry technology system Construction plays an important role in the Construction of Modern agricultural industry technology system, providing a strong supporting role for the latter. Therefore, it is practically important to improve the special fund management. Based on the investigation of organizations within the industry and implementation process of the cassava project, this paper discusses the content , scope and problems of the special fund management , and then come to some countermeasures and suggestions. |
