创新人力资源管理已经成为实现人才强国战略的关键所在,新的形势对人力资源管理提出了新的要求。那么,结合我国当前人力资源管理的实际,如何在新的形势下实现人力资源管理的创新?该文提出了创新人力资源管理的对策建议,探索新形势下人力资源管理的新途径、新方法,以期对人力资源管理工作具有一定的借鉴意义。 |

The innovation of human resource management has become the key point for achieving the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development. There is a new requirement for the human resources management in new era. How can achieve the innovation of human resource management combining with the current practice of human resource management? This paper proposed measures for the innovation of human resource management, and explored new ways and methods of human resources management for providing some references for human resources management. |
